The service

TripRateFinder is a price-comparison and referral service. We show you links to third-party booking sites based on your search. We do not sell travel products, take payment, or act as an agent for any partner.

Prices and availability

All prices, availability, taxes and fees are set by the partner site and can change at any time. What you see on a partner site at the time of booking is the offer that applies. We do not guarantee that any price we link to will still be available.

Bookings

Any booking you make is a contract between you and the partner (or the underlying hotel, airline or rental company). Their terms, cancellation rules and customer service apply.

Affiliate relationships

We may receive a referral fee from partners when you click a link or complete a booking. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape, copy, automate or interfere with the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Liability

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
